John E. Rosen arrived at Rosen, Rosen & Hagood at the end of May, 2010. His practice includes advising corporate clients on business formation, governance, contract negotiations, and a variety of transactional and general corporate issues. His corporate practice also includes mergers and acquisitions involving various types of business entities. He has extensive experience with a variety of transactions involving public finance, corporate law, and commercial real estate. In addition, John handles commercial, business, real estate, and related litigation given his extensive experience and comprehensive understanding of business disputes.
