Rosen Hagood partner, Frank Blanchard has been tapped to present at the 2021 South Carolina Probate Bench/Bar Seminar.  The event is sponsored by the South Carolina Bar CLE Division and will be held on September 10, 2021, at the South Carolina Bar Conference Center in Columbia.

An experienced probate, trust and estate litigation attorney, Blanchard will present on the topic of “Attorney’s Fees in Judicial Proceedings Involving Trusts, Estates, and Protected Persons: When Is an Award Just and Equitable?”

“It’s an honor to be asked to speak at the annual probate/bench seminar,” said Blanchard.

Blanchard is known for his experience and knowledge in the area of trust, estate and probate litigation. Charleston has grown and with it, so has his practice.  He has become a “go to lawyer” for estate disputes.
