Beth Palmer Awarded Star of the Quarter by Young Lawyer Division of South Carolina

Rosen Hagood is proud to announce the presentation of the South Carolina (SC) Bar’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Star of the Quarter award to Beth Palmer. The award recognizes her contributions, support, and dedication to the SC Bar YLD and their role in organizing the most successful Young Lawyer Division events in SC Bar Convention history. The committee co-chaired by Beth Palmer and Britt Kelly organized and promoted opportunities for young lawyers to attend and participate in Bar Convention activities, including a young lawyer social networking event with more than 300 attendees.

Palmer joined Rosen Hagood in 2005 and practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, employment law, school law, and personal injury. She has been admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina and is a member of the Charleston Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, and the American Bar Association. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

The Young Lawyers Division is a professional service and community organization of the South Carolina Bar that provides leadership and business development opportunities for young and new lawyers throughout the state. The SC Bar YLD includes all members of the SC Bar under the age of 36 and those with less than five years of membership. The South Carolina Bar, which has a membership of more than 14,000 lawyers, is dedicated to advancing justice, professionalism and understanding of the law.
