Five Rosen Hagood Attorneys Recognized As Legal Elite of the Lowcountry

Charleston Business Magazine has released its second annual Legal Elite of the Lowcountry list. Attorneys are recognized based on peer nominations across twenty practice area categories. Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that the following attorneys from our firm were recognized this year:

Alex Cash (Family Law). Alex concentrates his practice on family law and personal injury cases. He’s active in numerous professional organizations, and has been repeatedly recognized as an outstanding lawyer by a number of attorney associations.

Andrew Gowdown (Personal Injury). Andrew focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury cases. From traumatic brain injuries and wrongful death to products liability and trucking accidents, Andrew’s clients benefit from his experience and drive to see cases through to a successful resolution.

Brew Hagood (Construction). In his construction practice, Brew represents private and public owners, condominium associations, architects, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and their insurers or sureties in construction-related matters and litigation. Brew is also an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association panel and serves as a mediator facilitating the resolution of disputes.

Beth Palmer (Business Litigation). Beth represents a wide range of businesses and industries, including hospitality groups, real estate developers, non-profits, distributors, and professionals. Outside of her practice, she takes pride in devoting a great deal of time to the community. Beth currently serves as a Board Member for Be A Mentor, a local non-profit empowering youth to reach their full potential through mentorship.

Alice Paylor (Labor & Employment). In her employment law practice, Alice represents both employers and employees in various employment matters, including FLSA, discrimination, noncompete, and wrongful termination. Alice is also a past President of the South Carolina Bar Association.
