Eight Rosen Hagood Attorneys Receive Accolades

Rosen Hagood April 30, 2021

Eight attorneys from the Charleston-based law firm of Rosen Hagood have been named to either the 2021 South Carolina Super Lawyers list or the 2021 South Carolina Rising Stars list, the firm announced today. Both lists are extremely competitive – no more than five percent of the attorneys from a state can be designated as Super Lawyers, and only 2.5% can be Rising Stars.

Rosen Hagood’s 2021 Super Lawyers:

  • Daniel “Frank” Blanchard – Estate & Trust Litigation
  • James “Chip” Bruorton – Construction Litigation
  • Alex Cash – Family Law
  • Andrew Gowdown – PI General, Plaintiff
  • Brewton Hagood – Construction Litigation
  • Elizabeth Palmer – Business Litigation
  • Alice Paylor – Business Litigation

Rosen Hagood’s 2021 Rising Stars:

  • Elizabeth Nicholson – General Litigation

“We are delighted that so many of our attorneys have been selected for this recognition. For over seventy years, Rosen Hagood has provided exceptional legal counsel and representation to businesses and individuals both in Charleston and across the state,” said Brew Hagood,

Co-Managing Partner of the firm. “Being recognized by your peers for professionalism, judgment and ability to provide top-notch client service is very gratifying.”

Super Lawyers and Rising Stars, both part of Thomson Reuters, are rating services of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys.
