Two Rosen Hagood Attorneys Elected to Serve on SC Bar House of Delegates
CHARLESTON, S.C. – Two associates from Rosen Hagood, Liam Duffy and Elizabeth Nicholson, were elected to the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates for the 2018-2020 Bar term. Their term officially started on July 1, 2018.
The House of Delegates establishes policy for the Bar. It meets at least twice a year and includes delegates from each judicial circuit. Duffy and Nicholson are members representing the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
Liam Duffy practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, trust and estate litigation, construction law, and business and corporate law. He is active within the Young Lawyers Division of the SC Bar and the American Bar Association.
Elizabeth Nicholson focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, and personal injury. She is active within the Young Lawyers Division of the SC Bar and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
