Frank Blanchard elected delegate, South Carolina Bar’s House of Delegates
Frank Blanchard was recently elected to serve as a delegate to the South Carolina Bar’s House of Delegates. Mr. Blanchard will serve as a Circuit Delegate for the Ninth Circuit for a two year term. His term began on July 1.
