Andrew Gowdown Shares Tips for Young Litigation Lawyers with Members of the South Carolina Bar
Andrew D. Gowdown, an attorney with Rosen Hagood, shared tips for young litigation lawyers as part of a continuing legal education seminar on August 17, 2012, held for members of the South Carolina Bar. He focused his presentation on interacting with clients, dealing with opposing counsel, handling witnesses, and conduct before the court, stressing the importance of developing and maintaining good relationships with all four throughout the case.
Mr. Gowdown is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Before joining the firm, Mr. Gowdown served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour, United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. He practices in the areas of personal injury, traumatic brain injury, business and commercial litigation, and securities litigation.
