Rosen Hagood Law Firm Announces the Addition of F. Truett Nettles, II as Of Counsel

Charleston, SC. (December 8, 2020) – Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that F. Truett Nettles, II has joined the firm as Of Counsel.

Nettles has been practicing law since 1976, representing clients in commercial transactions and litigation, business formation/dissolutions, sale and purchase of business assets, mergers, collateral recovery, collections, and general legal and business advice to clients. Truett also appears frequently in bankruptcy court on behalf of creditors.

Nettles is a certified mediator and arbitrator in state and federal Courts. He has over 23 years of experience conducting mediations and arbitrations with a focus on resolving business disputes.

In addition to his law practice, Nettles formerly served as an adjunct professor at the Charleston School of Law for five years where he taught secured transactions and law office management. He has lectured in continuing legal education seminars involving commercial collection, enforcement of judgments, bankruptcy, and consumer law. Nettles has also published on the subject of judgment collection and garnishment of wages.
