Rosen Hagood Announces Addition of Associate Elizabeth Nicholson

Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Nicholson has joined the firm as an associate attorney.  Nicholson practices in the areas of employment law, construction law and litigation, business and commercial litigation, and probate, estate, and trust litigation.

“We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth to our firm,” said managing partner, Richard Rosen. “She brings with her a new perspective and dedication to her work that will be a valuable asset to our clients and our team.”

Prior to joining Rosen Hagood, Nicholson served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable R. Lawton McIntosh, South Carolina Tenth Judicial Circuit. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston (2010) with a bachelor of arts degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, and a cum laude graduate of the Charleston School of Law (2015). While in law school, Nicholson served as Treasurer of the Public Interest Legal Society and also worked as a law clerk with Rosen Hagood during the summers of 2013 and 2014.
