James A. Bruorton, IV Named Equity Member
Rosen, Rosen & Hagood, LLC is pleased to announce that James A. (Chip) Bruorton, IV has become an equity member of the firm.
Mr. Bruorton’s practice primarily focuses in construction litigation, condemnation, and surety law. Mr. Bruorton represents private and public owners, architects, contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and bonding companies. He also has experience in personal injury and commercial business litigation matters. Mr. Bruorton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University in 2000 and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2003. He first joined the firm as an associate in August 2003 and has been a non-equity member of the firm since January 2008.
