Blanchard Teaches Employment Law Course at SC Bar Event
On October 12, 2010, Frank Blanchard taught an employment law course as part of the SC Bar’s Law School for Non-Lawyers series of seminars and lectures. Mr. Blanchard presented to a group of about 35 individuals. He covered several topics including the at-will employment doctrine, common expections to at-will employment, the federal discrimination statutes, the Family Medical Leave Act, the South Carolina Payment of Wages Act, and Non-Compete Agreements. The seminar was held on the Trident Technical College’s campus in North Charleston, South Carolina.
