Frank Blanchard Appointed to SC Bar’s House of Delegates
The Board of Governors of the South Carolina Bar has appointed Frank Blanchard to serve as a delegate to the Bar’s House of Delegates. Mr. Blanchard will serve as a Circuit Delegate for the Ninth Circuit. His term will begin in July of 2008.
