Rosen Hagood Attorney Becomes Member of South Carolina Bar House of Delegates
Rosen Hagood is pleased to announce that John E. Rosen has become a member of the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates. The House of Delegates establishes policy for the Bar. It meets at least twice a year and includes delegates from each judicial circuit. Rosen is a member representing the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Rosen’s practice includes corporate and business transactions and commercial real estate issues. He advises corporate clients throughout the life cycle of their business, from business formations and governance to contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues to shareholder oppression and buyout litigation.
