Alex Cash Re-Elected to a Third Term of SCAJ Board of Governors

Rosen, Rosen & Hagood LLC is pleased to announce that Alex Cash, a partner with the firm, has been re-elected by his peers to a third term on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ). Mr. Cash’s three-year term on the Board of Governors will be effective until July 31, 2014. Mr. Cash previously served on the SCAJ Board of Governors from 2003-2009.

Mr. Cash practices primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce, custody, support issues, property division, and all other related financial matters. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, the South Carolina Bar, Family Law Section, for the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Cash graduated from Florida State University, earned his Masters in Music from Indiana University and received his law degree from the University of North Carolina.

The Board of Governors of SCAJ is responsible for establishing policy decisions, helping administer programs/seminars, and promoting the goals of SCAJ. The South Carolina Association for Justice is a statewide organization with over 1300 members dedicated to protecting the rights of the claimants and the public. The SCAJ works with the South Carolina General Assembly as an advocate for the rights of individual consumers and is a leader in protecting individual rights and the safety of families and in educating the public on matters of law that affect their everyday lives.
